Dungeon-crawlers are all about battling monsters and grabbing loot using cards, dice and/or tactical battle maps. Legacy games mimic ongoing campaigns played over the course of multiple sessions, offering choices and decisions that permanently affect the world. Thankfully there are an ever-increasing amount of RPG board games aiming to recreate different parts of the roleplaying experience. But tabletop RPGs require a substantial time commitment, a dedicated game master and proper planetary alignment for everyone's schedules. 99% chance to hit resulting in a miss with a point blank shotgun is a meme from this game for a reason.Tabletop RPGs provide some of the most memorable experiences you can have at the table, whether it's cheering at a clutch dice roll, gasping after a dramatic payoff or laughing at the charming antics of Tim the Goblin. You'll probably want binds to rotate map vision more easily but these *should* be fully playable with only a mouse. Not using keyboard shortcuts makes navigating to various deep menus very time consuming but these games take hours to play through anyways. Various 4x games like Civilization 5/6, Endless Space 1/2, Stellaris, etc. Usually you'd trigger powers using keyboard shortcuts but they can be clicked on via mouse less efficiently. Basically turns music into maps to play through.īloons TD6, a tower defense game. Mono mode game play which is all about avoiding hitting things is very easily done with only the mouse. In terms of stuff I know can be played at least to a degree mouse only: I hope for your sake you have at least a mouse with some additional programmable buttons and not just the $10 budget one with two buttons and a wheel. Unfortunately if you can't even press spacebar with the other hand and are serious about only being able to use the mouse you'll find yourself locked into a much reduced selection of the usual games library.
